Sports taping can be used to provide extra support to muscles and joints such as around the knee, IT band and Achilles.
It’s super stretchy and allows you to move as normal while providing pain relief, reducing swelling and improving performance.
Taping is best used as part of a wider treatment programme, rather than in isolation.
