Whether you’re looking to run your best 5k time or run a marathon, having a dedicated coaching programme will hold you accountable and help structure your training to get the best out of your running.
I’m pleased to be able to take on a limited number of clients for coaching, using my experience as a runner. Having competed at high levels I know the type of training required to get results no matter what stage of running you are at, and no matter what race you wish to compete in.
As part of your run coaching I will provide a bespoke training plan on a weekly basis along with a one-hour call each week to discuss the previous week’s running and look forward to the week ahead. This gives me the chance to tweak any sessions to ensure you get the maximum results from your running.
