MAINTENANCE MASSAGE

Prevent injury and keep muscles loose

If you’re training regularly, be it running, cycling or swimming, a sports massage once every four weeks (or possibly more, depending on your training load) will hugely benefit your body.

Appointments are generally one hour during which I’ll focus on the muscles you use most with specific emphasis on any trouble areas.

INJURY PREVENTION MASSAGE

Iron out muscle knots and niggles

There’s nothing more frustrating than injury striking in the middle of a training programme.

Whether it’s a sore lower back, stiff calves or a sore Achilles, I’ll spend time focusing on the specific injury you’re suffering as well as recommending some post-massage stretches and exercises.

Appointments are generally an hour but bespoke options are available depending on your needs.
